Our Mission Statement as a FIRST robotics team is to cultivate conditions for our team that ensure the effectiveness of the group and the high quality of cooperative learning for our students, our parents, our sponsors, our teachers and our mentors. We feel the journey is as important as the destination. We encourage responsiveness, commitment, ambition and creativity in a climate where communication flows freely at all levels and where members feel responsible and valued. Finally, to foster and grow intangible skills such as teamwork, project/time management, business etiquette, and strategic thinking that they will need to be successful beyond high school.
