Windsor Kick Off

Kick off was today. We sat in anticipation waiting for the live broadcast to start. When they revealed the Steampunk game, we were just a bit terrified (maybe more than a bit)! How on earth were we going to get our robot to climb a rope? We’d never seen this in any of the old games. The good news was that our new engineering mentor - Peter Tenzer (whom we met through Al Douglas of St-Clair College) joined us for the first time that day. He seemed to think that this might be manageable. We separated into groups coding, build, design and electrical and talked with mentors from St. Clair College and FIRST.
